Besra Gold Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer
Experienced Mining Professional to Lead the Company's Financial Operations

Besra Gold Inc. (BEZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Renee Minchin as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.
Minchin brings over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, having held senior financial roles in both Australia and internationally.
She most recently served as CFO of Jugan Exploration Limited, a publicly listed mining exploration company focused on gold and base metals. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and investor relations.
Prior to Jugan, Minchin held various financial management positions at Newcrest Mining Limited, one of the world's largest gold mining companies. She also has experience in the financial services sector, having worked as an auditor at KPMG.
Minchin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant.
